Finding it difficult in australia to find reputable latex glue supplier (hell any latex supplies at all)then it has to be allowed into the country or through the postal system.So i was wondering if normal bycycle tyre tube repair rubber cement would be ok. but the tyres are vulcanized rubber?

Hi Kitty would Isopropyl alcohol be ok to clean and as well as thin the glue down to make latex milk? for thinner grade of latex? as here in australia i am having a hard time even finding the glue?

White Spirit will do just fine.

This probably seems like a silly question… But do you have to use Heptane, or will any White Spirit do?
