The glue that we use is just a 1:1 mix of bestine best-test rubber cement and bestine thinner. The “seam prep” is just the thinner. You should be able to get it at any art supply store.

Hi,
I ordered this kit recently to help get me started. Together with this blog, everything is coming along great! Thanks so much, I am so happy with my results so far and I have a ton more ideas I can’t wait to try.

My question is this: the supply of adhesive that came with my kit has almost been used up. My kit didn’t include the link to the instructions download, so I am not sure how to go about finding more glue, etc. I have been able to find more rotary blades and such, but I can’t locate the seam cleaner or glue. (I live in North America, if that information is needed for ordering supplies.)

How shipping with our kits (and to be sent out digitally to all of our customers so far) some further instructions on usage, glue mixing, glue sourcing, etc.

We’ve decided that it’s practically enviro-terrorism to order mass quantities of glue, re-package it, and re-redistribute it to you (think of all the gas used in shipping!) So, the kits will still have enough glue and thinner to get a feel for how things work AND we’ll tell you how to get your own glue locally.

…and if you want to keep buying our latex that would be nice.

Just recieved my box this morning. Glad it got to the UK without any trouble.

Will be happy when i get to try out all the items this friday.

It’s still a great deal for everything you need to start making your own latex stuff in one box.

Once you have tried it out, you will no doubt build your own tool kit with exactly the tools that you like best, but we wanted to offer you a good, simple and cheap way to get your hands dirty with building latex.
